Our Site offers guest checkout only; we do not currently offer customer accounts.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue any product at any time.

  • In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund, even after an order has been confirmed.

When you purchase a digital product from us, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal use only. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, you may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the digital product with others

  • Use the digital product for commercial purposes

  • Claim the digital product, or derivative works based on it, as your own original creation

All digital products remain the intellectual property of Brandywine Farmstead & Studio, LLC.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, product photography, descriptions, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Brandywine Farmstead & Studio, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of a product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.
